Waiting on Wednesday (3)

*Waiting on Wednesday is hosted by Jill@Breaking the Spine and is a weekly meme allowing for bloggers to connect and share their most anticipated reads.*

Hey Lovelies!

Today, I thought I'd share with you something - a book - particularly high on my want list, and that little masterpiece is... Enshadowed by Kelly Creagh!! For those of you who haven't seen my review of Nevermore, I'll link it here, let me tell you that the book was amazing! I adored the world-building and creativity cum overall creepiness that Kelly managed to exude in her stellar debut; the book was really something and easily a 5 moon rating on my scale. However, Enshadowed, the second book in the series, isn't releasing nearly as quickly as it should. I'm a little crazy in this department, as well as others, because I had my copy pre-ordered a good four  months ago >.< I just want it. If the first book was that good, imagine what the sequel will be like? Yeah. AMAZING.

Some deets on the book...

Goodreads Summary
True love takes a twisted turn in the second book of this modern gothic romance trilogy channeling the dark brilliance of Edgar Allan Poe. While Varen remains a prisoner in a perilous dream world where the terrifying stories of Edgar Allan Poe come to life, Isobel travels to Baltimore to confront the dark figure known throughout the world as the Poe Toaster. This man, the same man who once appeared to Isobel in her dreams and abandoned her in Varen’s nightmare world, holds the key to saving Varen.

But when Isobel discovers a way to return to this dream world, she finds herself swept up in a realm that not only holds remnants of Edgar Allan Poe’s presence, but has also now taken on the characteristics of Varen’s innermost self. It is a dark world of fear, terror, and anger.

When Isobel once more encounters Varen, she finds him changed. And now Isobel must face a new adversary—one who also happens to be her greatest love.

I don't think there are words to describe just how excited I am. Ron, take it away!

Couldn't have done it better myself.
So there, besides the fact that I will kill the post-man if he is late in bringing this in - do not mess with me, sir, that is all. I'm turning the tables on you by asking if there are any books on YOUR immediately pending list? What do you guys make of Enshadowed? Respond in the comments below!

xx, Lots of love,
